IKM works in partnership with various tertiary education institutions in Kenya offering training and motivational events to law students. The primary objective of this collaboration is to assist universities produce high-quality graduates who can make a substantial difference in the law practice both locally and internationally.
IKM has structured programmes designed to provide insight into how a law firm operates while at the same time offering students practical work experience.
Our objectives are to offer law students an opportunity to experience the law in a practical way while enhancing their skills and knowledge, and identify potential and promising candidates who can become entrenched as part of IKM staff through employment.
