As part of this rigorous approach, we have a comprehensive client care programme to ensure that our clients’ needs are evaluated on a regular basis.

In addition to the regular feedback we receive from our clients relating to our performance, we hold regular client care meetings as part of our commitment to continuous quality improvement.

For your benefit, we operate a Contact-Partner system under which all initial instructions are channeled through a Partner who will either deal directly or allocate the matter as necessary.  The advocate handling matters for a particular client is required to keep the Contact Partner fully informed of the progress on each matter.  Clients may therefore contact the Partner at any point in the transaction.

Clients are encouraged to speak to or see the Partners as often as possible whenever there is need.
