Fees and Billing

It is our overriding concern to ensure that our clients are satisfied with both the quality of service they receive and the value for money we provide. We constantly strive to provide the highest level of service at competitive rates.

Our approach to fees is flexible and transparent.

We base our charges on the Advocates Remuneration Order (“ARO”), where applicable. The ARO provides for the fees advocates should charge in certain matters, especially conveyancing and court briefs.

Where the ARO is not applicable, we charge on an hourly basis but are always willing to discuss alternative fee structures as appropriate.
