Norah Mbithe Mutuku - IKM Associate

Norah is a Senior Associate serving in the Commercial as well as Conveyancing and Securities Departments.

She served her pupillage in the firm of Mohammed Muigai Advocates, and was later retained in the same firm as an Associate in the Commercial/ Conveyancing Department. In 2003 she joined the firm of Kipkorir, Titoo & Kiara Advocates as a Senior Associate in the Commercial/ Conveyancing Department, prior to joining us in 2009.

Norah’s areas of practice include corporate and commercial law, real property law, conveyancing and securities documentation including preparation and registration of transfers of land, leases, charges, mortgages, re-conveyances, discharge of charges, caveats, cautions, extension of Government Leases; incorporation of companies, societies, trusts and business names; preparation of commercial agreements; probate and administration; carrying out researches and giving opinions on various aspects of commercial law; conducting due diligence in various transactions; preparation and registration of Powers of Attorney.
