Beatrice joined Iseme, Kamau & Maema Advocates in 2003 as a pupil.  She has risen through the ranks and is now a Partner in the Commercial Department.

Her areas of practice include dealing with preparation and registration of transfers of land, leases, charges, mortgages, reconveyances, discharge of charges, caveats, cautions etc; extension of Government Leases; sub-division of land; changes of user; preparation and perusal of commercial agreements; appointing of and liaising with Receivers and Managers of Companies undergoing liquidation; preparation and perusal of security documents such as debentures, charges, chattels mortgages etc; carrying out research and giving opinions to local and international clients on all manner of legal queries on different aspects of commercial law; and preparation and registration of Powers of Attorney.
