The Litigation Department

This Department offers a full range of dispute resolution services in all areas of Kenyan law except criminal cases, land disputes and matrimonial causes.

The matters handled by this Department include commercial disputes, bank litigation, defamation, procurement, recoveries and debt-collection, aircraft accidents, medical negligence, work injuries compensation, marine claims, general negligence, employment and labour related disputes, constitutional cases, judicial review, environmental procurement disputes, building contracts, insurance claims, bank litigation, mortgage realisations, partnership disputes, infringement of intellectual property rights (trademarks, copyrights and patents), mediation, arbitration and admiralty claims.

This Department is manned by 2 Partners namely Karori Kamau (who is the Partner in charge) and Martin Munyu, assisted by several Associates.

Karori and Martin also serve as Arbitrators.
