Ndiga began her legal career in IKM as an intern and thereafter rejoined the firm as a Pupil and became an Associate in 2016.

  • Acted for three foreign lenders on a US$600 million syndicated medium-term loan to the Government of Kenya.
  • Acted for a consortium of six lenders on a US$350 million debt financing to Kenya Pipeline Company Limited for the replacement of a multi-product pipeline.
  • Acted for a Regional Bank in a Line of Credit arrangement worth US$50 million to be extended to Chase Bank (Kenya) Limited.
  • Currently structuring, drafting and ensuring the perfection of easement agreements and land acquisition arrangements for 7 Hydropower Projects by a local Company across the country.
  • Carried out a Legal Due Diligence on Jamii Bora Bank Limited tofacilitate a proposed equity investment by an international investor in Jamii Bora Bank Limited.
  • Carried out a Legal Due Diligence on Equity Bank (Kenya) Limited representing a regional multilateral bank in a   Line of Credit arrangement to Equity Bank (Kenya) Limited worth US$148 million.
  • Acts for various local Banks in the reviewing, preparation and perfecting of various security documents to secure term loan, mortgage, and overdraft and invoice discounting facilities extended to their customers.
